United States Patent 9995616B2 “Fluid Monitoring System” of Caterpillar (USA), a giant of heavy machinery from America has made a reference to the article “A Self-Calibration Water Level Measurement Using an Interdigital Capacitive Sensor”. The inventor, Douglas A. Robinsky, who is a researcher at Caterpillar (USA), adopted the concept from the aforementioned article to develop advanced technology in oil level monitoring systems of “track joint” which is part of “Track link” inside Caterpillar products.
