Gen. Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided The 23^rd National Convention on Civil Engineering (NCCE-23) with the emphasis on “SMART Civil Engineering and Social Enterprise” theme. The event was hosted by Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy (CRMA), Srinakharinwirot University, and The Engineering Institute of Thailand Under H.M. The King’s Patronage and was held at auditorium of CRMA, Nakhon Nayok on the 18^th-19^th July 2018. In which 3 Lecturers from the department of Civil Engineering PSU have received the excellent article award.
